We are currently working with a vibrant and inclusive Wirral based primary school that aims to provide a high-quality education for all children. We are looking for a part-time Key Stage 2 specialist primary teacher to take on a job share with a Year 5 class.

Working on Thursday and Friday, this part time primary teaching role will start asap, and is ongoing at least until the end of term, maybe longer.
Your new role
In this Key Stage 2 specialist primary teaching role, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing the curriculum in line with the national standards and the school’s vision and values. You will also work closely with the other Year 5 teacher and the phase leader to ensure continuity and progression across the year group.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in securing this Wirral based Year 5 class teaching job, you will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working in a primary school within the last 3 years that we can reference
• A proven track record of raising attainment and progress in key stage two
• Excellent subject knowledge and pedagogical skills
• A positive and flexible attitude
• A commitment to professional development and teamwork
• A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
