Morley, Leeds
Sainsbury’s
What makes this different?
It’s our customer focus. We don’t have to wait for a spreadsheet or graph to tell us how well we’re doing, because we’re getting feedback directly from the customers. So, you’ll hear firsthand the kind of impact you’re making.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be guided via headset where the orders are in the depot, pick the right ones, and deliver those quickly to waiting drivers and customers. You’ll also be putting deliveries away in the correct place.
The centre is built on teamwork, and you’ll soon get into the rhythm of the job with friendly colleagues around to help you.
What’s in it for you?
These are new environments, so you’ll be joining a team at the beginning, quickly making yourself indispensable to the team. You’ll really benefit from the supportive, family feel and helpful management.
We’ve got more than enough room for people who want part-time, or job share roles too, so let’s talk about your availability.
Alongside this, we also offer a great range of benefits for all our colleagues, including:
An inclusive place to work and shop.
We are dedicated to being a truly inclusive retailer, where every colleague can achieve their full potential, and every customer feels welcome when they shop with us.
To support this commitment, our colleagues may be entitled to a range of enhanced discretionary leave for families, as well as support for carers. We provide our colleagues resources to help them understand and support their role and their team effectively. Our internal colleague networks seek to ensure true representation for everyone, helping us identify and remove barriers that our colleagues may face.
We are proud to offer a range of development opportunities, including mentorship, training, and career progression pathways, to help our colleagues grow and succeed. We also celebrate diversity through various initiatives and events, fostering a culture of inclusion and respect.

As part of our seasonal recruitment process, most candidates will be invited to attend a group assessment, although some may be invited to an individual interview instead.
Group assessments typically last up to 1 hour and 30 minutes. If your invitation confirms an attendance time of around 90 minutes, this is likely to be a group assessment. Individual interviews are generally shorter, and the expected duration will be confirmed when you book your interview slot.
If you require any reasonable adjustments to support you during the recruitment process, please let us know when completing your application.
