Position: Support Worker

Location: Supported Living Home in Llandrindod Wells

Salary: 12.37 per hour

Must be able to drive with access to own car

Part-time and full-time contracts available

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities
• Assisting residents with daily living activities
• Encouraging independence and promoting well-being
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Must be able to drive with access to own car
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
