Job Summary: HEAD ROLE – Property Solicitor
We are seeking a experienced property Lawyer to head our new legal team department.
As a Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to our clients, ensuring their rights are protected for their best interests. Your expertise in negotiation and legal analysis will play a crucial role in resolving complex legal matters.
Responsibilities:
– Provide planning legal advice and guidance to clients on various legal issues
– Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases
– Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
– Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
– Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
– Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact client cases
– Build strong relationships with clients based on trust and professionalism
Experience:
– Proven experience as a Property / Planning Lawyer or similar role
– Excellent knowledge of laws, regulations, and legal procedures
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Exceptional negotiation skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
– Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Please note that all positions at our firm are paid positions as profit-share and retainer fee – self employed only.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From £40,000. – £50,000 per yearExpected hours: 30 per weekAdditional pay:
