A great opportunity for an experienced Designer or Senior Designer looking for an exciting new challenge who sets high standards of design excellence for themselves and others and enjoys working collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Faber is a leading independent literary publisher. We are recruiting for an exceptionally talented designer to join our outstanding Children’s team. Eliot, Seamus Heaney, Sylvia Plath and William Golding, among many others. The Faber Children’s list spans picture books to YA crossover, through gift, graphic novels and non-fiction. We give teachers and educators the books they need to nurture, support and inspire children to become the great minds of the future. Faber is also a supplier of sales and distribution services to independent publishers and has a market-leading creative writing school.
Faber prides itself on its celebrated Design heritage and we are looking for someone who will play a key part in its future. This is a part-time, temporary position, based in our London office. We also accommodate hybrid working.
The concept of ‘Growing up with Faber’ is one we take seriously, through responsible editing and art direction and the FAB Prize and Creative Pride.
