Position Details:

• Job Title: Practice Nurse.
• Job Type: Full time or part-time flexible hours available.
• Location: Bath
• Hourly rate: 27 – 35
• Team: They have a large team, including GP partners, Salaried GPs, Pharmacists, ANPs, a Paramedic, Practice nurses, HCAs and a phlebotomist which are supported by an invaluable admin and reception team.
• System: Emis Web
• Parking: On site

Duties:

• Chronic Disease Management
  • Asthma Clinic
  • Diabetes Clinic
• Some treatment room duties
• Child immunisation – Tuesday Mornings

About You:

• NMC Registration with experience working in primary care.
• General Practice Nurse experience in treatment room duties.
• Excellent communication skills, effective time management, ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
• Polite, confident, motivated, problem solver with high levels of integrity and loyalty.
