About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Community Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join an established NHS Trust in Norfolk on a locum basis. This is a fantastic chance to work in a supportive, forward-thinking team while offering vital MSK services to patients in the community. The contract is rolling, providing long-term locum opportunities with flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of MSK patients in the community, delivering high-quality assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans aimed at restoring function, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, consultants, and other healthcare professionals.
Provide advice and education to patients, supporting self-management strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS policies.
Essential Criteria:
HCPC registered Physiotherapist with relevant qualifications.
Previous experience as a Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist, ideally in a community setting.
Excellent clinical reasoning skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle, as travel between community sites may be required.
