Part-Time Sales Consultant Luxury Retail Up to 15 Per Hour Belfast

Working as part of a knowledgeable and supportive team, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences, developing your product expertise, and building a loyal client base.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for delivering a personalised customer journey both in-store and remotely. You’ll develop long-term client relationships, identify opportunities to drive sales, and contribute to the overall success of the store while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the client journey.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

• Develop expert product knowledge and confidently guide customers through their purchasing decisions.

• Achieve individual sales, service and client development objectives.

• Identify opportunities to generate repeat business and grow your personal client base.

• Use CRM systems effectively to manage customer relationships and sales opportunities.

• Conduct appointments both in-store and through telephone, email and video consultations.

• Maintain excellent standards of visual presentation, stock care and operational excellence.

• Stay informed on product developments, industry trends and competitor activity.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and store objectives.

• Takes a proactive and positive approach to their work.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within premium, luxury or high-value retail.

• Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.

• Previous CRM experience.

• Experience with appointment-based or consultative selling.

• Experience communicating with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email and video.

• An interest in premium products, craftsmanship or luxury retail.
