We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturer and supplier in their field, who are looking for a personable Part-Time Sales Coordinator to join their team in Coulsdon.

Please note this is a part time role

What’s on Offer:

• Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
• 16,000 – 17,000pa (depending on experience).
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process orders and quotes via phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients over the phone.
• Handle customer queries regarding quotes and orders, ensuring smooth communication.
• Follow up on quotes and hand over any after-sales tasks as needed.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• A friendly, personable character with great communication skills.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls confidently.
• Previous experience in a trade background is desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for building relationships.
