About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Part-Time Management Accountant / Finance Assistant (Wednesday – Friday) to join our clients finance team. You will provide essential support in managing the day-to-day financial operations, including purchase and sales ledger management, preparing management accounts, and assisting with budgetary control.

Part-Time Management Accountant / Finance Assistant Key – Responsibilities:

• Support the purchase ledger process, ensuring accurate and timely recording of transactions.
• Sales ledger management, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Prepare and assist in the production of management accounts.
• Provide budget support, including forecasting and variance analysis.

Part-Time Management Accountant / Finance Assistant – Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Xero accounting software.
• Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
• Knowledge of Procim would be advantageous, but training will be provided if needed.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and management accounts is essential.

Part-Time Management Accountant / Finance Assistant – Key Points:

• Part time salary 22,230 + benefits
• This role has potential to move into a full-time role in the new year for the right candidate.
• Hybrid working model – 1 day in office – 2 from home
