We are currently seeking a motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as a Part-Time Van Driver.

Job Description: As a Part-Time Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various retail shops in the area. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is committed to providing outstanding service while ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company van to deliver products to designated locations.
• Load and unload delivery items, ensuring they are handled carefully and arrive in good condition.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes to complete deliveries on time.
• Maintain an accurate log of deliveries, including mileage and delivery verification.
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and shop representatives for smooth operations.
• Ensure the van is kept clean and in good working condition, including performing regular vehicle checks.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding transportation and delivery.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving license (preferably clean with no major violations).
• Previous experience in a driving or delivery role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and carrying deliveries.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, typically around 30 hours.
