Exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join growing retail / ecommerce brand – fantastic studio environment in SW1, 24-30 hours a week (3-4 days) £42-45,000 pro rata

Your role will include:

• Reconciling company accounts using Xero software
• Completing month end financial audits
• Preparing annual accounts
• Processing and running payroll
• Preparing monthly financial reports
• Preparing and filing quarterly VAT return
• Ensuring the business complies with trading regulations

The right candidate will have:

• Proven success in managing accounts accurately
• Expertise in Xero
• Knowledge of UK accounting, tax and company rules
• Data analytics skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• A highly motivated, commercial and strategic mindset
• A formal Bookkeeping qualification would be beneficial

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand in a dynamic, creative environment. You will work closely with the brand’s Founder and will be part of a team of 8 people plus seasonal / retail staff.

You will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable Bookkeeping role, be used to working independently and taking responsibility for ensuring company accounts are accurate and the finance function is working efficiently.
