Rare opportunity! We are urgently seeking a dynamic Wills & Probate Solicitor to join a well-established, independent firm in Berkshire. This position offers the flexibility to work 2 days a week (Thursdays and Fridays), with 15 hours per week to start. One day in the office to take information and instruction and 2nd day can be working from home or the offices located near Winnersh

What sets this role apart? It’s non-client facing, allowing you to dive deep into your legal expertise. You ll handle a varied caseload of wills, probate matters, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney, progressing key documents for the cases assigned to you. As a Fee Earner, you ll have autonomy and the chance to make a real impact.

This position has the opportunity to offer further work and would suit someone who likes the idea of being able to be flexible with hours and may be to cover another day or two when required.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum 3 years of PQE in Wills & Probate
• Strong IT and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Memberships in STEP or Solicitors for the Elderly are a bonus, but not essential.
