Nurse Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality general nursing care to patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Deliver specialized mental health nursing care.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for mental health patients.
• Support patients and their families through their mental health journey.

Nurse Requirements:

• Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in mental health nursing.
• Excellent interpersonal and crisis management skills.
