About Bruce Hopkins:

Bruce Hopkins Ltd is an established family-run business based at Shenington Airfield, near Banbury, Oxfordshire, with over 50 years of experience in the agricultural, groundcare and construction machinery industries.

We sell new and used machinery, supply parts, and provide servicing and maintenance for a wide range of equipment. We work with leading manufacturers, including Polaris, Bobcat and Milwaukee, supporting our customers with quality products and reliable after-sales service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office & Marketing Assistant to join our team, supporting the day-to-day running of the business while helping to maintain and grow our website, social media and online presence.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

• Answering telephone calls and handling general enquiries,

• Managing our social media channels,

• Creating engaging content to promote the business and the products we offer. This will include writing blogs and updating content on our website.

• Helping to organise and promote company events, including our annual Ride & Drive events, as well as supporting the team at external events and shows such as Moreton Show.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is happy to get involved in all aspects of the business. You will work closely with the team, gaining knowledge of our products and industry, with manufacturer training and support available where required.

Required:

• Able to commute to Shenington

• Good knowledge of social media

• Confident answering phones and responding to emails

Hours: 3/4 days a week, with the potential for full-time hours
