We’re not looking for someone to arrive with a completely new marketing strategy or reinvent our business, we already know who our customers are, understand the challenges they face and have developed ideas for campaigns we want to deliver. We need someone who enjoys the practical side of marketing. Someone who can take an idea, think about the best way to communicate it, create the materials, organise the activity and see it through to completion.

You’ll have the freedom to be creative, the support of an experienced team and the satisfaction of seeing the results of your work.

What will you be doing?

• Bringing campaigns to life: Turning our marketing ideas into engaging, well-planned campaigns that reach the right businesses.
• Creating great content: Producing LinkedIn posts, graphics, email campaigns, newsletters, brochures and other promotional materials.
• Finding the right audience: Researching prospective customers and understanding the businesses and people we want to engage with.
• Keeping everything organised: Maintaining a marketing calendar, coordinating activities and ensuring campaigns happen when planned.
• Making our message stand out: Finding interesting, clear and professional ways to explain how LivePay helps businesses.
• Seeing what works: Monitoring engagement and campaign results, identifying improvements and sharing your findings.
• Contributing your ideas: Working with our Customer Development Manager and Managing Director to develop and improve our marketing activities.

What experience would help?

Ideally, you’ll have some practical experience in marketing, communications, content creation or a similar role. We’re looking for someone who brings creativity, enthusiasm and organisation, takes pride in their work and is comfortable taking ownership of tasks, asking questions and listening to feedback.

We’d particularly welcome experience in:

• Creating professional, engaging written content.
• Managing LinkedIn or other business social media campaigns.
• Using Canva or similar design tools.
• Producing email marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Researching prospective customers or target audiences.
• Organising marketing activities and managing deadlines.
• Using CRM systems, website tools or marketing analytics.

Experience of business-to-business marketing would be helpful, but it’s not essential. You don’t need to be an expert in payroll. We’ll help you understand our services and our customers.

We’re more interested in what you can do, how you approach your work and the pride you take in delivering it than in a long list of qualifications.
