Location: Exeter, Bristol

Hours: Full-time; Part-time; Flexible working

Package: Competitive salary starting at 35,000, plus generous car allowance

Role & Responsibilities

DK Recruitment is seeking a Lease Advisory Surveyor to support our expanding workload in Bristol and the surrounding areas. This role involves conducting rent reviews, lease renewals, and market rent assessments across a diverse range of properties and clients. You will engage with various sectors of commercial property and may have the opportunity to explore specialised areas such as healthcare and leisure. Our clients include both landlords and tenants.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a surveyor with a background in landlord and tenant matters to join us during an exciting period of growth.

Experience

We are looking for candidates who are MRICS qualified and have prior experience in lease advisory or consultancy roles. We also welcome applications from those with backgrounds in commercial agency or valuation who are seeking to transition into this field.

A solid foundation in commercial rental valuation is essential.
