HR Manager Part Time

We have a new opportunity for an experienced HR Manager based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is a leading production and manufacturing company in the UK. They will also consider part-time applications.

Responsibilities of the HR Manager

• Oversee core HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding.
• Assist with performance management and staff development plans.
• Manage and mentor the HR Officer.
• Implement HR policies.

Requirements for a successful HR Manager

• CIPD level 5/7 qualified.
• Substantial HR Management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring HR staff.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Summary of the HR Manager role

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
