Home Support Worker

Salary: £12.45 per hour

Location: Killearn

Are you passionate about helping and supporting the elderly members of your local community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking dedicated support workers to cover Killearn and the surrounding villages in the G63 area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
• Assisting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients at all times
• Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
• Driving company vehicles to visit clients (valid UK driving licence essential)

Ideal Candidate:

• Compassionate and caring individual with a genuine desire to make a difference
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Must have a valid UK driving licence
