Holistic Care Innovations is recruiting in Bexhill-on-Sea but have locations across East Sussex and London.

Salary: £11.50ph to £13.00ph

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join the team. You will support patients in various settings, including residential and community care, assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal assistance, and mobility support. The role requires empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing high-quality care to those in need.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks (e.g. hygiene, dressing and feeding)
• Monitoring and recording client health conditions
• Supporting clients with mobility and physical exercises
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Building positive relationships with clients and their families
• Reporting any health issues to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar care role preferred
• DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and patient approach to client care
• Right to Work in the UK
