This is the perfect role to step up into a Finance Director position, the company we are recruiting for has everything you need

An experienced accounts team with continued to growth (around 33% in the last year) And they have decent systems and insight into the business.

What they need is someone who is commercial and can help grow the business You’ll report into the MD and be on the senior management team.

Recently they have been working with a part-time interim FD who has helped shape the department but now it is time to bring the role in-house.

Progression is very much down to you; they see this role being the Finance Director of the company in the future but would like to start the role as Group FC so they can promote and reward as the position develops.

In terms of your background, you’ll need to have experience of working in retail or e-commerce and you’ll need to be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
