Responsibilities:
– Assess the needs of children to identify support requirements.
– Provide guidance and counseling to individuals and families facing challenges.
– Connect families with essential community programs and support services.
Requirements:
– Relevant qualifications or experience in child welfare, social work, or related fields.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively.
– Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with vulnerable populations.
-Level 3 Diploma/QCF/NVQ 3 in children and young people minimum
