Job Summary: We’re seeking a passionate Chef to join our team and inspire customers with their culinary flare. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations on shift, food production, and ensuring high-quality homemade dishes are served in our restaurant.

Duties: – Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient food preparation – Plan and create specials that meet quality standards and customer preferences – Manage food inventory and control costs to maximise profitability – Train and develop kitchen staff on culinary techniques and safety procedures – Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen – Collaborate with the restaurant management team to deliver exceptional dining experiences – Lead by example in demonstrating culinary skills, teamwork, and professionalism

Requirements: – Must be a good person – Proven experience working as a Chef in a hospitality environment – Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively – Proficient in all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations – Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently – A passion for creating delicious dishes and delivering top-notch service – Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications.

Pay: £26,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
