• Provide high-quality care to residents in various settings, including Residential homes, Supported Living Services.
• Work flexible shifts, including long days, sleep-ins, 1-to-1s.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents’ well-being and support their specific needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in similar environments.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
• Enhanced DBS
