What You ll Do:
Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide therapeutic dietary treatments and expert nutrition support to paediatric clients, including those on home enteral tube feeds, across clinical, school-based, and home settings.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with Community Paediatricians, Therapy Teams, Nursing Staff, and other healthcare professionals as part of the Child Development Team to deliver holistic care.
Leadership and Service Development: Take a joint leadership role with fellow Band 7 Paediatric Dietitians, contributing to the development and delivery of paediatric nutrition services in Brent.
Community Engagement: Provide culturally sensitive nutrition advice and ensure services are accessible and inclusive for families from diverse backgrounds and socioeconomic groups.
What We re Looking For:
Qualifications: A degree or postgraduate diploma in Nutrition & Dietetics, with current HCPC registration and evidence of continuous professional development.
Experience: Significant post-registration experience in paediatric dietetics, including managing enteral feeding patients, and a proven track record of supervising or mentoring staff.
Skills: Advanced dietetic assessment and treatment skills, strong communication and IT abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.
