Our client is embarking on a new journey and building a team that will help shape its future. The transformation programme has focused the council to reshape the way they work, and they are developing five critical cross-cutting programmes which are linked to all directorates, these are being developed simultaneously. Delivering through IT is one of the five, and they are building an IT team to support EHDC realise the benefits of effectively delivering through IT.

About the role:
Your role will work towards ensuring corporate and service area cloud-based (SaaS) line of business systems are integrated and available to successfully deliver key services to residents. You ll deliver and champion best practice for all cloud-based application development, supporting staff and members in getting the most out of cloud-based IT and digital solutions.
Your role will also liaise with cloud/SaaS suppliers and partners for problem analysis, support and maintenance of key software applications, specialising in systems relating to the statutory services of the organisation. Helping deliver the transformation roadmap and expected outcomes.
