Production Operative Part Time

Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work for our client, at their cheese production warehouse, near Chard, Somerset.

This is a temporary role until the end of December.

Full and part-time shifts are available.

The rate of pay is:
– Monday to Friday: £12.80 per hour.
– Saturday: £16 per hour.
– Sunday and overtime: £19.20 per hour.

A £150 Amazon voucher will be given to workers with 100% attendance during peak weeks & a double overtime rate will apply on 5 specific weeks in November – December.

The hours of work available are:
– 05:30am to 14:00pm
– 8:00am to 17:30pm
– 13:30pm to 22:00pm

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative, your duties will involve working in a warm environment turning cheese, stacking and lifting moulds whilst also operating machinery.

You will also be required to carry out general cleaning duties.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker would be comfortable standing for long periods of time and able to carry out manual handling duties, such as bending and lifting, whilst being able to understand and follow instructions.
