This is a unique, incredible opportunity for a Practice Nurse, with primary care experience, to join a wonderful clinical team within one of the highest-rated GP surgeries in the area. They will be very flexible when it comes to the hours, days, start and end times on the shifts you ll be working, as well as your salary requirements!

Salary £30,000 £44,000 full time equivalent salary + NHS Pension + Indemnity Covered + 6 weeks holiday (bank holidays excluded)

• Well-established GP training practice
• A passionate team of multi-disciplined clinicians, including other Practice Nurses

Your role

• Part-time role 4 days per week
• No fixed hours! (can work short days)
• Traditional Practice Nurse responsibilities, with Chronic Disease Management experience being highly desirable
• All pre-booked appointments
• All face-to-face appointments
• Light patient workload
• Your own clinical room with flexibility around how your day is structured
• No extended hours requirement
• No home visiting requirement
