Opportunity to join a busy construction company, based out of their head office in Dartford, Kent.

You’ll report directly to the Financial Director and take on full responsibility for the company’s payroll.

Very brief overview:

• Responsibility for 200 weekly paid site operatives
• Responsibility for 60 monthly paid employees
• EVERYONE directly employed, no subcontractors or temps
• Compile trend reports per site for costing analysis
• Extract clock in/out information from projects to confirm hours
• Record all information and upload onto IT and database systems
• Issue new employment contracts (monthly paid only)

About you:

1. Must be CIPP qualified (Level 4/5)
2. Confident and strong communicator
3. UK payroll/accounting experience
4. Comfortable working in the construction sector (industry experience hugely desirable)

You can start immediately if that suits, or the first week in January if that works better.

Opportunity to work part-time hours if that’s a requirement, and/or some flexibility with start/finish times.
