Part-Time Litigation Administrator / Litigation Legal Assistant

Coventry City Centre

salary £25,000 to £30,000 per annum pro-rata, commensurate with experience

The Litigation team deal with disputes on behalf of both individuals and businesses including contractual disputes, property matters, professional negligence disputes, contentious probate matters, debt and insolvency,

The role will involve:

• Provision of administrative support to a busy Litigation team
• Supporting fee earners, with administration duties, in respect of in their workload of litigation matters on behalf of individuals and businesses
• Drafting of correspondence and legal documents
• Liaising with clients and third party professionals by telephone, email and face to face
• Using a legal case management system
• Diary management and file management
• Filing, Scanning and copying

Suitable candidates will have:

• Extensive experience of supporting Litigation fee earners
• Experience of using a legal case management system
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

This is a part-time permanent job, working reduced hours over 5 days, Monday to Friday. Working pattern is flexible to suit individual preference. Please state hours and working pattern preferred on application.
