Job Title: Part-time/permanent Financial Controller
Location: 3-days a week over 5 days and flexible hours, remote working

A boutique communications agency is looking for a part-time Financial Controller. You will be responsive and flexible, someone who is used to working for SMEs. You will have worked as a sole finance person and for an owner run business.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be working with suppliers, posting and paying invoices and dealing with contracts, including insurance etc

• Working with clients on contractual paperwork, egSOWs and NDAs, generating invoices, chasing payment

• Employees, looking at contracts, informing payroll agency of any changes etc, processing expenses etc. regular calls with management team

• You will be putting agreements in place for freelancers

• There will be a weekly 1:1 call with the founder of the business to go through action points, discuss the business and look at potential new business opportunities

• A call with the management team to go through status of active clients and actions in relation to new business

• Monthly – p&l and resourcing table

• Quarterly – updating detailed cash flow projections

• Annually – year end documents for external accountants
