Location: Mixed Secondary School, Chingford
Working Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday
Salary: £180 – £220 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Business Teacher to join our dynamic team at a thriving mixed secondary school in Chingford. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire the next generation of business leaders!

Key Details:
Part-time role: 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday, Friday)
Competitive pay: £180 – £220 per day (dependent on experience)
Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Plan and prepare lesson materials to meet the diverse needs of students
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting targets
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
• Maintain a positive learning environment, ensuring classroom discipline and student engagement
• Support students’ personal and academic development, fostering skills for future success
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the wider school community
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance in line with school policies

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Business Studies at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities
• A passion for Business Studies and a commitment to student success
