Hunter AHP Resourcing are recruiting an experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join a highly respected NHS Hospital based in Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert clinical pharmacy services to oncology patients.
• Provide advice on chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive medications.
• Support prescribing and monitoring of medication regimens.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Ensure safe and effective medication management, advising clinicians and patients as necessary.
• Contribute to patient education and drug information services.
• Assist with drug audits and medication safety initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration.
• Recent experience in oncology pharmacy (ideally within an NHS setting).
• Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, particularly in oncology treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Available for an immediate start (or in the near future).
