Occupational Health Advisor Opportunity!

Location: Plymouth

Salary: £42,000 per annum

Working Hours: 3-5 days per week (8 hours per day)

Contract Type: Full-time or part-time, hybrid options available

Merco Medical Staffing, on behalf of our client, is seeking a skilled Occupational Health Advisor to provide professional health guidance and support. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of employees and assisting in early return-to-work plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert occupational health advice to clients and facilitate a swift return to work for absent employees.
• Monitor ongoing cases to ensure they reach a satisfactory resolution.
• Conduct health surveillance, vaccinations, and phlebotomy as required.
• Provide comprehensive advice on health and safety, rehabilitation, and health promotion.

Requirements:

• Must hold an Occupational Health degree and be registered with the NMC.
