Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) Avon and Somerset Location: Avon and Somerset Pay Rate: £25 – £35 per hour Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible working available, with 60% on-site)

We are seeking a Qualified Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to join the Occupational Health Team at Avon and Somerset Police. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of police officers and staff, ensuring a safer and healthier workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments, including pre-employment screenings and fitness-for-work evaluations.
• Provide professional advice on managing health conditions in the workplace.
