• Conduct health reviews, including the crucial two-year check.

• Advise on minor illnesses, home safety, and accident prevention.

What You Need:

• Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin.
• Specialist Community Public Health Nursing qualification.
• At least 6 months NHS experience in the last 2 years.
• Valid driving license and access to your own car.
• Ability to meet our Framework Compliance requirements (we will guide you through this process).
