They re in need of an experienced Lead Nurse who possesses not only Primary Care experience, but the skillset and expertise in leadership, team management and future planning. Salary £50,000-£60,000 FTE + 5 weeks annual leave (excl. bank holidays) + study leave + NHS Pension

Your role

• Lead Nurse position
• Can work on a full-time or part-time basis (no less than 20 hours per week)
• Leading and developing the Nursing team
• Completely flexible clinical workload to work around what s best for you
• All pre-booked, face-to-face appointments
• Own clinical room
• Coffee breaks every morning, mid clinic for all clinicians
• Dedicated admin time.
• 15-minute appointment times
