The Role

• Supporting the HR & Training Manager with all HR functions, including recruitment, training, onboarding, employee welfare and any other HR duties
• Acting as a central point of contact for employees
• Coordinating with hiring managers to develop job specifications
• Arranging interviews and conducting pre-screening calls

Key Skills

• Previous Human Resources experience
• CIPD Level 3 or higher (Desired)
• Training and development experience
• Recruitment experience
• Payroll and HR systems experience
