Ready to make a real difference in young lives? Our Client is looking for a passionate House Manager to join their team in Warrington! You’ll be working with vulnerable young adults (aged 16-25) in a supported living setting, helping them rebuild their lives. With a salary between £33,820.80 and £41,360.80, this is a permanent role offering both full-time and part-time options on a 2 on, 4 off shift pattern (including sleep-ins).

We re after someone with experience in supported living, ideally with a Level 3 qualification in working with young people. You ll lead a team, provide a safe and supportive environment, and manage important admin like support plans. You ll need a full UK driving license and business insurance for your vehicle, and flexibility for weekend work is a must.
