Doctors Direct have an exciting opportunity for a Speciality Doctor to work with us at Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. in General Adult Psychiatry

Your key responsibilities will be to:
You will have input into various aspects of this well-established Psychiatry service, carrying out assessments and implementing treatment plans for patients with both organic and functional illnesses.
Providing specialist assessment and care planning in conjunction with service users and carers.
Evaluating treatment plans and undertaking discharge planning.
Responsible Clinician duties within the community team.
Being responsible for an agreed case load.
Responding to and informing referrers other professionals as necessary on decisions, care plans, policy, and best practice.
Providing clinical leadership within a collective leadership model.
Active participation in continuing professional development activities

Speciality : General Adult Psychiatry
Location : Greater Manchester
Shift pattern: Various ad hoc shifts available every time of the day.
Hours per week : 20-50 hours available
Start date : ASAP- no end date, this is on-going
Rate of pay: £55 Per hour
Payment method: PAYE we do NOT facilitate payment through LTD/umbrella companies

About you:
Valid GMC
Right to work in the UK
Clinical attachment complete – We do not offer placements in the NHS
Minimum of 3-6 months paid experience in the NHS/UK
