As a business, they have a strong ethos and philosophy, visiting every one of their producers and exporters at origin, and maintaining a holistic approach.

Your new role

They are looking for an Interim Part-Time CFO to drive the direction of the business, manage the Global Finance team and operate at both the strategic and executive level. The personal fit for the business is very important, so they are looking for someone with impressive experience in the wholesale, retail & ecommerce space, charismatic leadership, cultural appreciation and the gravitas to collaborate with the CEO to lead the business forwards into new markets.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will ideally have experience as Finance Director or CFO within consumer-facing spheres, with experience managing finance streams across boarders and multiple categories. You will have demonstrated commercial acumen in your career and be hungry for a fresh challenge, driven to lead and develop the culture and brand to new horizons. You will ideally be a qualified accountant with experience developing business plans and operating at executive level.
