Role Description

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team at Zenna, with the potential to become a co-founder. You’ll lead the charge in shaping our brand and building our community as we take on the mental health tech space.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a bold marketing strategy to drive user growth.
• Build and engage our community across social media platforms and digital channels.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
• Lead user acquisition strategies and increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with influencers to build a strong, engaged community around our brand and mission.
• Craft campaigns that resonate with our mission of improving mental health through innovation.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in B2C consumer marketing and growth, with a proven track record.
• Strong digital marketing and campaign management skills, including working with influencers and building online communities.
• Industry experience in health and wellness and consumer mobile app is ideal.
• Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s mental well-being.
• Strongly Preferred: Key marketing role in a fast-growing startup or second-time founder experience.
• Startup hustle-someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A creative mind with a data-driven approach to marketing decisions.
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
