Nurse Next Door is looking for Caregivers to join our amazing team and help seniors live their best lives in Epsom, Banstead, Worcester Park, and Sutton areas.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Two professional references
• Criminal Record Check (DBS)
• Willingness to complete training as needed
• Ability to commute reliably to Sutton, Epsom, Worcester Park areas or relocate if necessary
• Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English essential)
• Work authorisation in the UK

What will your role look like?

As a Caregiver with Nurse Next Door, you will:

• Always put clients first
• Deliver creative solutions that elevate care
• Build meaningful relationships
• Follow through on commitments, providing peace of mind to clients and their families
• Go above and beyond, even when no one is watching
• Create Happier Ageing experiences by providing personalised, client-focused care in homes and communities
• Assist clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal care, errands, companionship, and light housekeeping
• Ensure safety and comfort by using equipment safely and following care plans
• Collaborate with your Care Designer to continuously improve client care
• Maintain clear communication with the team and provide timely updates
• Travel to client visits independently
