Creative Designer Part-Time (4 Days per Week) Multi-channel Retailer Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Creative Designer to join an established, multi-channel retail business on a part-time basis. This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to create engaging digital content, develop compelling campaign artwork and support the creative direction of multiple consumer brands.

Reporting to the Brand & Creative Manager, the Creative Designer will play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality creative across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creative assets for ecommerce websites, digital marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.

• Develop and adapt artwork across multiple brands, maintaining consistent visual identities.

• Edit, retouch and optimise product imagery, including colour correction, clipping paths and image manipulation.

• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered design tools to enhance creative output.

• Collaborate with marketing and wider business teams to deliver commercially effective creative.

• Manage multiple briefs, balancing planned campaigns with reactive design requirements.

• Ensure all creative is delivered to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.

About the Candidate

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer or Digital Designer, ideally within retail or ecommerce.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

• Strong understanding of digital design, ecommerce and marketing best practices.

• Experience using AI-powered creative tools, with After Effects knowledge advantageous.

• Excellent attention to detail, with a strong eye for layout, imagery and brand consistency.

• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple creative projects.

• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for design.
