Showroom Sales Representative

13.33 – 20.00 per hour + Full Training + Career Progression + Part-Time Permanent Role + Company Pension

This is a permanent, part-time position with a well-established specialist manufacturer, where you will work alongside an experienced team member in the Livingston showroom. Full training will be provided, allowing you to develop your product knowledge and confidently support customers with their enquiries.

This company are an established name within their sector, supplying customers across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an enthusiastic and personable individual to their team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom and contacting the business via phone and email. You will assist with product enquiries, process orders, provide updates on deliveries, and ensure customers receive a high standard of service throughout their journey.

This role would suit someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach who is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with training and progression.

The Role:

• Customer-facing showroom position, supporting customers in person, over the phone and via email
• Assisting with product enquiries and providing information on products and services
• Supporting customers with orders, deliveries and general queries
• Maintaining a welcoming and professional showroom environment
• Part-time, permanent role with weekend availability (hours to be discussed)

The Person:

• Previous customer service, retail, showroom or office administration experience beneficial
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Organised, reliable and keen to learn
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service
