Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited
Pure Resourcing Solutions has been exclusively retained to recruit a Finance Manager on behalf of a highly respected, financially robust charitable organisation with significant assets and a longstanding reputation for creating a positive impact across the local community.
Following a planned leadership restructure, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join the organisation during an exciting period of change and succession planning. This is a newly created position offering the chance to play a key role within a values-led organisation that combines commercial professionalism with a genuine social purpose.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function whilst managing a small team and supporting the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, controls and analysis. You will be a trusted member of the finance team, helping to ensure robust financial management whilst contributing to ongoing systems development and process improvement initiatives.
This role would suit a technically strong, hands-on finance professional who enjoys operating across both strategic and operational activities and is looking for a broad position with genuine variety and influence.
Key Responsibilities
About You
We are keen to speak with qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) who can demonstrate:
Experience within the charity or not-for-profit sector would be advantageous but is by no means essential. Equally, exposure to investments, treasury activities or fund accounting would be beneficial.
Why Apply?
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established organisation with a strong financial position, a clear social purpose and a supportive culture. The role offers significant breadth, exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to the future development of the finance function.
