Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide personalized support to our students. The role involves working closely with students with a range of needs, including PMLD and SEMH. While personal care experience is preferred, it is not essential, as some positions may not require it. However, having this experience will be beneficial for roles that do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis, tailored to individual needs
• Implementing educational and developmental strategies
• Promoting a safe and positive learning environment
• Assisting with personal care if required

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable
• A current DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
• Passion for supporting students’ educational and emotional development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
