Description

• Efficiently processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Participating in budget planning and monitoring.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Providing support in annual audits.
• Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance team to achieve financial objectives.
• Implementing effective cost control measures.
• Assisting in ad-hoc financial projects as required.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

• A strong educational background in finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in using finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• A keen eye for detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
• A solid understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
• Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
