Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Your primary focus will be on assisting individuals with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families.

Duties

• Adherence to Care Plans
• Medication Administration, including experience with MARS chart recording.
• Assistance with a range of care tasks,cooking,personal care ,shopping,cleaning,and escorting residents to the communal lounge and scheduled activities.

Shift Pattern

• Early’s – 6.45am -2pm
• Lates -1.45pm – 10pm

Pay Rate

13.81 per hour, increasing to 14.31 with an NVQ Level 3 or higher qualification.

Qualification

Minimum 6 months experience as a Health Care Assistant
