Cocktail Bartender Part Time

Our client an exclusive hospitality venue is currently looking for full-time & part-time cocktail bartenders.

You will be capable of working in a busy environment and be flexible. Joining a very friendly team you will receive great staff benefits and they offer an environment to develop and progress within the industry.

Main duties:

• Mixing Drinks and knowledge about the beverage products used.
• Ability to engage with customers and provide a professional and friendly service resulting in the customer enjoying the experience. This could include making drink suggestions or offering information regarding the ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organised the bar following correct company procedures and high standards.
• Prepare all drink garnishes and keep the garnish station continuously stocked during your shift.
• Replenish any bar stock including non-consumables.
• Set up the bar ready for service and break down after use.

Skills:

• Previous bar experience is essential.
• Good knowledge of mixing cocktails.
• Basic knowledge of wine would be desirable.
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced hospitality venue with high standards would be ideal.

Please note that training will be provided to help improve techniques and maintain our clients high standards.

Hours: Evenings and Weekends with the occasional afternoon shift

Salary: From £11.50 per hour dependent on experience
